Parmi les remarquables résultats du meeting , on note celui de l'athlète américaine Brittney Reese 23 ans , cinquième à la fiale des JO. de Pékin 2008, qui vient hier de réaliser la meilleure performance mondiale de l'année en remportant le concours du saut en longueur féminin avec un saut à 6.99m,en améliorant son record personnel de 6.95m qui l'a déjà placé dans la 5 ème position du top list en 2008.Sa compatriote Funmi Jimoh 25 ans,términe derriere elle avec aussi un nouveau propre record de 6.95m.

No less than thirteen world leads and meeting records set at the Super Grand Prix of Qatar, which has focused on the quality of performances.The competition just mark an explosive start for the following season programm of the IAAF World Athletics Tour .
Among the remarkable results of the meeting, we note that the U.S. athlete Brittney Reese 23 years old, fifth at the Olympic games in Beijing 2008, who came yesterday to make the world best performance of the year in long jump event with a 6.99m , improving her personal best of 6.95m with has been placed in the 5 th position in the top list 2008.Her compatriot Funmi Jimoh 25 years old, finished behind her with a new personal record of 6.96m.
