 Il y a à peine un mois Hussain efface la barre mythique des 5 mètres et aujourd'hui encore meilleur, un vrai coup de maître.
Le 17 avril 2013 sur la piste du stade Al Malez à Riyad et à l’occasion des derniers championnats inter-clubs hommes , le jeune  perchiste (encore en catégorie minime) , a frappé fort. Hussain Al-Hizam s'est imposé avec une performance exceptionnelle de 5.05m devant des concurrents plus âgés et expérimentés que lui en signant la meilleure performance mondiale de l’année de sa catégorie et améliorant par la même occasion le record d'Arabie Saoudite toutes catégories. Il a également présenté une prestation pleine de promesses pour la suite de la saison.

Before only one month Hussain clears the mythical 5 meters in pole vault and today still better.
On 17 April 2013 on the track stadium Al Malez in Riyad during the last inter-club championships for men, the young pole vaulter (15 years old category), has hit hard. Hussain Al-Hizam won with outstanding performance of 5.05m ahead older and more experienced competitors than him by signing the world's best performance of the year in his category and at the same time improving the record of Saudi Arabia all categories. He also presented a performance full of promise for the following of the season.
