L'athlète Qatari Mutaz Essa Barshim qui progresse avec assurance vient de s'offrir une exellente préstation au championnat du monde junior de Moncton en remportant la médaille d'or du concours du saut en hauteur avec un superbe saut de 2.30 m . Il est à savoir que le jeune Barshim est aussi le champion d'Asie de l'épreuve de l'année 2010 avec un record personnel de 2.31 m à Hanoi (Vietnam),trois semaines avant les championnats du monde juniors de Moncton.

MUTAZ ESSA BARSHIM WINS EASILY THE HIGH JUMP EVENT IN WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP/ MONCTON (CANADA) 2010.

Qatari athlete Mutaz Essa Barshim progresses in right way and realized an excellent performance at the World Junior Championship in Mancton by winning the gold medal in the high jump with a superb hight of 2.30 m. The young athlete Barshim is also the Asian champion of the event in 2010 with a personal best of 2.31 m in Hanoi (Vietnam), three weeks before the World Junior Championships in Moncton.

14ème championnat d'Asie junior 2010 / 1-4 juillet , Hanoi, Vietnam.

Quatre records du championnat battus ,mais la meilleure performance de ces 14ème championnats d'Asie juniors revient sans aucun doute au Qatari Barshim Mutaz Essa qui vient de réaliser un nouveau record avec un exellent résultat dans l'épreuve du saut en hauteur en passant en même temps en leader mondial de la catégorie avec son saut extraordinaire de 2.31m . Une barre qui pourra faire peur à ses concurrents au championnat du monde junior à Moncton au mois de juillet et aux jeux d'Asie au mois de novembre à Guangzhou en Chine .On note aussi d'autres records du championnat au 110m haies de l'athlète du Taipei ,Lee Lin Yei avec 13".90 , au lancer du marteau de l'athlète de l'Inde, Singh Harinder avec 71,53m ,sans oublier aussi la bonne performance d'un autre athlète du Taipei au saut en longueur avec 7.94m. Chez les filles,les performances restent très modestes dans beaucoup d'épreuves néanmoins on constate un niveau appréciable dans d'autres et surtout à l'épreuve du saut en longueur et du 400m.

Four championship records were broken, but the best performance of the 14th Asian Junior Championships returns with no doubt for the Qatari Barshim Mutaz Essa who just released a new record which provides excellent results in the high jump event and in the same time become leader of his category with extraordinary jump of 2.31m. A result that can frighten his competitors in the World Junior Championships in Moncton in July and in the Asian Games in November in Guangzhou, China.There are other championship records in the 110m hurdles for the athlete of Taipei, Lee Lin Yei with 13 ".90, the hammer throw for the athlete of India, Harinder Singh with 71.53 meters, and also the good performance of another athlete from Taipei in the long jump with 7.94m. For women , the performances were very modest in many events, however there is an appreciable level in others, and especially the in long jump and 400m .
